Camélia Gardot is a qualified lawyer and holds a certificate in Leadership, Ethics and Corporate Accountability from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining Hertz as Director of Compliance in 2024, she served as Head of Compliance for the Connected Intelligence business at Airbus Defence and Space and as Head of Legal and Compliance for Egis’ aviation business. Over the course of her career, Camelia has developed extensive experience in driving the transformation and globalization of complex ethics and compliance programs. In addition, she is an active member of the French Compliance Society and coauthored the Society’s White Paper on Third Party Risk Management.
Isabelle Rust is Head of Third Party Compliance Management at Airbus Defence and Space Division She has extensive international experience in the governance field, having specialised in compliance (incl. anti-corruption), internal auditing and forensic investigations. She holds a Master in Research degree in International Private and Public law from the University of Nice (France) and a Master in Business from ESCP Europe (France and UK).
