Information Privacy and Data Protection in the Insurance Sector

Abstract

This article seeks to propose some answers to such challenging questions, assisting insurance companies to comply with the LGPD in a manner that they protect the insured information privacy and, at the same time, manage to make accurate assessments on the risks involved in their operations.
