The annual report is the result of several months of research undertaken by the IICJ. Now in its 7th year the report has become the industry standard for law firms seeking intelligence on their existing and potential in-house clients as well as providing clear information for counsel wishing to benchmark and educate their teams.
The questionnaire was distributed to over 200,000 in-house counsel operating in over 71 countries across five continents. The questions were compiled by an expert panel of 40 senior in-house counsel across a range of industry sectors and the questions were tested with the universe for relevance before the final questionnaire was distributed. The report is regarded as invaluable by in-house counsel and private practice lawyers with a keen interest in how legal services will be delivered in the coming year and beyond.
