Open Procedure for Awarding Contracts for Public Procurement with International Call in Republic of Macedonia, Serbia and Albania

Public procurement (PP) in the countries with a developed market economy plays an important role in the economic system. With PP, the State is directly involved in the creation and improvement of the economic market and financial relations, and therefore PP is a key instrument by which political and the economic goals are achieved.

Filip Chichevaliev is Legal Advisor, at the Agency for Youth and Sport, Government of Republic of Macedonia. He completed Law Faculty, with focus on International Law. Currently he is finishing his post-graduate studies in International Management. Filip Chichevaliev’s previous employment was the Commission for prevention of corruption, where he was employed as a legal analyst. Currently at the Agency, he is working on one of the largest Public Procurements in the Republic of Macedonia.

The Agency for Youth and Sport is a state organ of the Government of Republic of Macedonia which represents the interests of the Macedonian youth and deals with all the matters in the area of youth policy and sport, according to the Act for organization of the organs of public administration. Collection, processing, review, production and presentation of electronic evidence.
