Brian Littleton is a hands-on recruiter/search consultant with eight years' experience of recruiting/head-hunting lawyers in-house across a range of sectors, both in the UK and in Europe. In particular, Brian takes time to understand the key commercial drivers of any legal hire, the corporate culture and the motivations of clients and candidates alike. Brian joined Chadwick Nott in 2009 and previously worked for a specialist international recruiter for several years. He has serviced vacancies from first moves into in-house at the junior level, through to General Counsel on a contingent, retained advertised selection and search basis. Outside of work, when not with his 3.5 year old daughter, Brian enjoys playing tennis, skiing, theatre, the countryside and supporting Gloucester RFC.
