In August 2018, Elon Musk tweeted about having secured funding to make Tesla a private company at USD 420 per share. The impact of this tweet was an immediate surge in Tesla’s share prices, followed by Musk facing SEC investigation for misleading investors. Musk had to pay a fine of USD 40 Million and give up his chairman title at Tesla. So much for a tweet!

Rajat Rashmi is a commercial attorney with particular interest in the IT domain. In addition to completing BA LLB from Pune, she has also completed Master in Business Laws from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. She is currently based out of the Dubai office of Cognizant Technology Solutions and operates as a Senior Manager for Global Alliances and Strategic Partnerships. Prior to joining Cognizant, Rajat worked as a Corporate Counsel in another IT Company - Persistent Systems Ltd. for 6 years.
