For many individuals, their sense of self has been closely tied to their professional titles, positions, and appointments. However, the post career / retirement phase offers a unique opportunity to redefine oneself beyond these external markers of success. Rather than view this as the ‘end of the road’, it offers one the opportunity to move beyond titles and positions, with the goal to embrace a fulfilling and meaningful post-retirement life.
