Study of an Exemption Request Presented by The Jordanian Company for Unified Reservations Ltd. 'JETT Company, Alpha Company Aad Petra Company'
Abstract
Specialized tourism transport services dated back to 1964, when JETT Company was established as a private shareholding company. It was converted in 1966 into a public shareholding company in which the Jordanian government owns 25,000 shares. It was granted a license that gives it the right to undertake tourism transport services in all parts of the Kingdom for 15 years. A law ratifying the license agreement was issued as a Provisional Law No. (40) for 1966.
