Archana qualified in 1992, specialising in defendant personal injury litigation. She joined BT 1998, and in 2006 became Chief Counsel and Head of the Liability Claims team. She leads a 70 strong legal team handling personal injury, motor, third party damage and network damage recoveries. Archana advises on major incidents involving significant injury, death or other losses, major accident and disease claims and related policy. She has also managed sensitive and test litigation on behalf of BT. Archana led the ABS project team for BT, and became a director of BT Law LTD upon the grant of licence on 1st March 2013.

Jayne Rothman is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Epiq Systems, Inc. and its subsidiary companies. Anders Arvidsson, has well over two decades of experience in developing, valuing and monetizing patent assets in the corporate world. As a market maker, Mr. Arvidsson has been one of the pioneers in creating the marketplace for IP transactions, which has helped to protect companies’ strategic product positions and maximize the value of their intellectual property. He constantly seeks new ways to use intellectual property as a strategic tool, and delivered annual revenue captures in the range of $10-15m from various transactions to his clients.
