Transparency and Fair Competition of Procurement.

There are long-established prejudices around Russia with its high level of corruption, and unfair competition in the business environment, which have been addressed in recent years by the introduction of legislation by the Russian government. It’s fair to say that Russia along with all developed countries strives to ensure the necessary transparency and arrangements which will be applied to identify the most economically advantageous competition.
