In his last role as Senior Officer Subsidiary Governance he led a team in building a global Corporate Governance system that relied on technology and that save the company over $40 million dollars per year. He then joined Datacare Software Group where he consults with their clients on implementing and maximizing Corporate Governance Software. He also owns a chain of retail stores in the province of Ontario in Canada.
